Wilderness

Last December I went with some friends to Wilderness on the coast. We stayed at my friends house there, it's rigfht on the beach, it was great. Theres so much to do, wind surfing, normal surfing, gliding, and of course the usual beach type activities. One day we started digging and we didn't stop for 3 or so days, the result of which can be seen in the pictures below. Not many people go to Wilderness, and although they're missing out, I like it that was because it means the beaches arn't crowded and commercialized which is a nice change.

The result of our digging, a lovely fire pit and surrounding seating.

Have a look at "Rhodes After Hours"

Semester 1... done and dusted

Well exams have officially started, I'm over-joyed... haha. Luckily I only have 4 and of those 4 only 3 left to write. I end on the 9th and will be happily on my way back home on the 10th, can't wait. There is, however, much to do these holidays, I have to do something like 46 hours of intern work for my journalism class, and I will be attending the National Arts Festival that takes place in Grahamstown. My best friend and I go with my mother and her friend every year, it's wonderful. If you enjoy music, dance, drama of any genre, shopping and the arts in general I reccommend making the festival a priority, you will not regret it. I will also be observing the art of partying hard and sleeping late during vac.

What will you be doing with your holiday? I'd like to know.

Much love,
Jamay

Question for the day: Are we humans? or are we dancers?
